A short film documenting the People's Heritage Co-operative's 'Untold Stories: Birmingham's Wounded Soldiers from WW1' project. The project involved archival research into Birmingham's hospitals, places such as Highbury Hall, the University of Birmingham and local schools which were transformed into hospitals to deal with the huge number of casualties. PHC also ran a series of workshops, designed to support people doing research into wounded soldiers and bring unusual archives to light. In addition, pupils from Swanshurst School learnt how to record Oral History interviews on camera. They interviewed a number of war veterans about their received memories of their parents and grandparents during the school's Veterans Day event.
