Project Description

A group of asylum seekers from The Hope Project wrote a series of poems about their perceptions of home. The poems formed the basis of 'If I Could Reach Home', a Bharatanatyam and Kathak performance which explores the experiences of migrants.

Young people from All Saints Project in Kings Heath and adults from Rowheath Drama Workshop in Bournville created their own pieces using poetry and movement. 'If I Could Reach Home' was performed at mac Birmingham and Rowheath Pavilion.
